Designed a compact, battery-powered asset tracker using BLE 5.0 and GNSS. Included custom PCB, power management for 2-year battery life, and firmware with OTA update capability. Delivered full PoC through to production ready design.

Developed a multi-node wireless sensor network operating in the 868MHz band for monitoring industrial process parameters. Designed custom RF front-end, antenna, and mesh networking protocol with data logging to edge gateway.

Designed and prototyped a high-efficiency MPPT solar charge controller for 12V/24V battery systems. Custom PCB with thermal management, LCD display, and configurable charge profiles. Deployed in pilot installations across rural sites.

Designed a miniaturised 2.4GHz RF transceiver module for integration into a consumer handheld product. Required careful RF PCB layout, antenna matching network, and compliance with regional radio regulations across target markets.

Developed a portable device measuring multiple biometric parameters. Took client from initial concept through hardware architecture, PCB design, sensor integration, firmware, and a working clinical-grade prototype ready for regulatory pathway planning.
